If I could give more stars I would. The manager Luciano, met us at the door with a huge smile and invited us to sit on any bike in the store. He answered all our questions and was an exemplary example of what a Harley dealer should strive to. It was obvious that we weren’t there to buy a bike. Yet treated like family. I wish more US dealer behaved in the welcoming manner that Luciano demonstrated. Beautiful store.

A great place to see and buy everything Harley. The staff are beyond helpful, there are plenty of garments, accessories and motorcycles, and the whole experience is 5 stars.

One of the oldest Harley dealerships in Italy , Luciano the manager is quick to help and always with a smile . the garage is well equipped and the staff is knowledgeable. There is quite a nice selection of HD motorcycles new and old , on the top floor you can enjoy a good selection of all things Harley .

Really unfortunate that a big brand like Harley Davidson doesn't have people in there stores there as a minimum can service international customers. English language should be a minimum requirement for working with this brand. Only the woman on the sales desk seemed to speak and understand English rest was pure Italian I would have expected more all other stores I have visited world wide speaks at least enough English to serve customers in more than 1 language.

Pretty nice show room and merchandise upstairs, not as comparable to any of the US' in size though. Very knowledgeable and reliable workshop and mechs.
